Boysenberry puree is manufactured from 100% sound, ripe process grade boysenberries. The fruit is passed through a 1mm screen, packed into a lined drum and then frozen. It is not pasteurized. The puree does not contain added sugar, colourings or flavourings.
All raw materials and the process employed in the preparation of boysenberry puree shall be in accordance with good manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions. The puree is prepared using stainless steel equipment, and stringent quality assurance procedures are enforced throughout manufacturing.
