Carrot juice concentrate is manufactured from sound process grade carrots. The extracted juice is pasteurised (Ultra High Temperature), evaporated, packed and frozen. The concentrate does not contain added sugar, preservative, colourings or flavourings.
Minimum pasteurisation is 119.7C for 60 seconds to mitigate risk of heat resistant spoliage organism Alicyclobacillus sp
